South Cities Ministry
Leadership for the the South Cities Ministry is coordinated through a team approach.  Working collectively to build a ministry of family, unity, faith and purpose is the leadership team's goal.

Small Group Leadership

In addition to the leadership team above, each small group (whether marrieds, singles or campus, etc.) forms a leadership team to meet the needs of the respective group.  The leadership teams are structured as follows:
Shepherding
Needs                           
Focus:    Family/Connection
Oversees:    Phone Tree • Special Occasions:  Birthdays, Anniversaries, Spiritual Birthdays • Illnesses/Deaths • Employment • Finances/Giving • Absences • Midweek Services
Leadership Meetings: Average 45 minutes a week after church

Discipling        
Focus:    Spirituality Maturity/Growth
Oversees:    Faith Group • Prayer Times • Teaching Agenda • Discipline • Restoration • Counseling • Midweek Services
Leadership Meetings: Avg. 2 hours once per month after church

 
Outreach
Evangelism        
Focus:    Fruit Focused Living
Oversees:    Prayer Goals • Action Plans • Managing Studies • Worship Services
Leadership Meetings: Average 45 minutes a week after church

Hospitality         
Focus:    Consistent, Excellent/Attractive Events for Guests
Oversees:    Outreach Events • House Churches • Potlucks • Worship Services
Leadership Meetings: Avg. 2 hours once per month after church
